1. ARRIVAL & MEETING PROCEDURES
Where exactly do I meet my Greeter?
After clearing Immigration, Baggage Claim, and Customs, exit into the International Arrival Hall (Public Area). Our greeter will be waiting for you directly at Column 2. They will be holding a professional "Xin Chào Việt Nam" sign featuring your name.
Why should I activate my eSIM before exiting the terminal?
We highly recommend completing your eSIM activation using the airport's free Wi-Fi as soon as you land. Having an active data connection allows you to contact your greeter immediately via WhatsApp, Zalo, or Telegram, ensuring a seamless connection in the busy Arrival Hall.
What if my flight is delayed or my baggage takes a long time?
We monitor your flight status in real-time. We provide a complimentary 90-minute waiting window from the time your flight actually lands. If you are delayed at Immigration or Baggage Claim, please message us using your new eSIM so our staff remains at Column 2 for you.
2. FREE eSIM (MOBIFONE HIVIETNAM)
Is the eSIM really free?
Yes! As part of our strategic partnership with Mobifone, we provide a completely free eSIM via the "HiVietnam" program. It is our way of ensuring you stay connected and safe from the moment you arrive in Da Nang.
How do I activate the eSIM?
1. Download: Scan the QR code provided in your booking confirmation to download the HiVietnam App.
2. eKYC Registration: Open the app and follow the prompts to complete the "Electronic Know Your Customer" (eKYC) process.
3. Identity Verification: You will need to scan your Passport and take a selfie. This is a mandatory requirement under Vietnamese Telecommunications Law.
4. Go Live: Once verified, the eSIM will download to your device. No physical card is required!
Will the eSIM work with my phone?
Your device must be carrier-unlocked and support eSIM technology (e.g., iPhone XS+, Samsung S20+, Google Pixel 3+). Please verify your device compatibility before arrival.
3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
What comes in the Welcome Package?
Depending on your selection, our packages include a fresh floral garland (from Tiệm hoa 1989), a free Mobifone eSIM, and a personalized concierge greeting at the airport exit.
Can I change my fresh flowers to a silk souvenir?
Yes. If you prefer a long-lasting souvenir or have allergies, you can request a silk or wooden bead garland. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your flight so we can adjust our procurement.
4. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
How do I pay for the service?
We use OnePay, a secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateway. You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or JCB. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
What is your refund policy?
* 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee).
* 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund to cover staffing and procurement costs.
* Under 24 Hours: No refund, as fresh flowers are already prepared and staff shifts are locked.
5. DATA PRIVACY & LEGAL
How is my personal data handled?
We only store your name, email, and phone number to facilitate your booking. Your passport data for eSIM activation is handled exclusively by Mobifone through their secure eKYC system; Xin Chào Việt Nam never sees or stores your identity documents.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. Your receipt will reflect the current 8% VAT for tourism services or 10% VAT for telecommunications add-ons, in compliance with 2026 Vietnamese Tax Regulations.
