1. INTRODUCTION

Xin Chào Việt Nam ("We," "Us," "Our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers ("You"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our booking services for Da Nang Airport Welcome Packages.
We operate in strict compliance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, specifically regarding Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We adhere to a principle of "Data Minimization." We only collect the absolute minimum required to fulfill your booking.
  • Personal Identification Information: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (for contact via WhatsApp/Zalo/Telegram regarding arrival coordination).
  • Flight Information: Flight number and arrival time (necessary for service delivery).
  • Authentication Data: When you sign in using "Sign in with Google," we receive your basic profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture) as authorized by Google. We do not store or manage passwords.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT OR STORE

To ensure your security, we explicitly DO NOT collect or store:
  • Credit/Debit Card Numbers: All payment processing is handled externally (See Section 5).
  • Sensitive Identity Documents: We do not store scans of your Passport or National ID card.
  • eSIM Activation Data: We do not store the biometric or passport data required for SIM registration (See Section 6).

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:
  • To process and confirm your booking for the Welcome Package.
  • To coordinate with our ground staff (Greeters) at Da Nang International Airport.
  • To send you the booking confirmation and the "HiVietnam" eSIM redemption instructions.
  • To manage your session login via Cookies.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING (OnePay)

We use OnePay, a licensed third-party payment gateway, to process online payments.
  • When you make a payment, you are redirected to OnePay's secure portal.
  • We do not have access to your credit card information. OnePay provides us only with a transaction token and confirmation (Success/Failure) to update your booking status.

6. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERSHIP: MOBIFONE & HiVietnam

We act as a promotional partner for Mobifone (Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services One Member LLC) under the "HiVietnam" program.
  • The Offer: We provide you with access/instructions to receive a complimentary eSIM sponsored by Mobifone.
  • Data Separation: To activate this eSIM, you must download the Mobifone "HiVietnam" application or access their designated portal.
  • Legal Compliance: In accordance with Vietnamese Telecommunications Law, you will be required to provide your Passport/ID and a portrait photo directly to Mobifone for SIM registration.
  • Disclaimer: Xin Chào Việt Nam does not collect, process, or store this regulatory data. The collection and validation of your identity for telecommunications services are governed entirely by Mobifone’s Privacy Policy. We accept no liability for data handling within the Mobifone ecosystem.

7. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use "Session Cookies" to maintain your login state while you navigate our site. These are essential for the website to function (e.g., keeping you logged in while you complete a booking). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, secure server access) to protect the limited personal data we hold. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Under Vietnamese Law, you have the right to:
  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the correction or deletion of your data from our servers.
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you.
